Refund policy

Luxy Customs products are handmade and custom-prepared. Because of the personalized and hygienic nature of our items, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.

Once approved, we will provide a replacement or refund to the original payment method. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

Custom or personalized products

Opened glitter or craft materials

Items showing signs of use

Clearance or final sale items

Order Issues

We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect addresses entered at checkout, or normal wear and tear.

Luxy Customs is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
