Order Processing Time

All items are handmade and processed in the order received.

Typical processing times:

• Glitter & Craft Supplies: 1–3 business days

• Cups / Tumblers: 3–7 business days

• Custom or high-volume orders: May require additional processing time

Processing time does not include shipping transit time, weekends, or holidays.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped using USPS, UPS, or other available carriers.

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent via email or SMS confirmation.

Shipping Transit Time

Estimated delivery time within the United States is typically 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on carrier operations and destination.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Delays

Carrier delays may occasionally occur due to weather, holidays, or operational issues outside of our control.

If your tracking shows delays or delivery issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number for the fastest assistance. Luxy Customs will gladly assist when possible.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Luxy Customs is not responsible for orders shipped to:

• Incorrect addresses

• Incomplete addresses

• Outdated addresses provided at checkout

If you notice an address error, contact us immediately. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on:

• Package weight

• Shipping destination

• Carrier pricing

Shipping fees are determined by the carrier and are not controlled by Luxy Customs.

Combined Shipping (Live Sales)

For TikTok Live or social media live orders:

Orders may be combined when possible

Additional shipping charges may apply based on total weight

Please check out using the same customer name to help ensure combined packing

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Include clear photos and your order number

We will review the claim and determine eligibility for a replacement or resolution.

Damage caused by misuse or normal wear is not covered.

Tracking Information

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

Packages may temporarily display “Pre-Transit” until scanned by the carrier.
