All orders are processed in the order received.
Live sale orders (from TikTok or Instagram) are packaged according to the name shown at checkout—please ensure your information is correct.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Payments
We accept secure payments through Shopify’s approved payment gateways.
By completing a purchase, you confirm that all payment information provided is accurate and authorized.

5. No Refunds / No Returns
All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds or returns on:
Cups or tumblers (including snow globes, acrylics, shimmer cups, etc.)
Custom or personalized items
Used items
Glitter, crystals, craft supplies
Digital products

6. Shipping
Shipping times may vary based on location and order volume.
Once a package is scanned by the carrier, Luxy Customs is no longer responsible for delays, lost packages, or damages caused during transit.
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. Incorrect addresses are not eligible for replacements or refunds.

7. Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number.
We will review the situation and determine if a replacement is eligible.

8. Customization Requests
By submitting artwork, logos, or personalization requests, you confirm you have the rights to use the submitted content.
Luxy Customs is not responsible for copyright or trademark violations provided by customer-uploaded designs.

9. TikTok & Social Media Sales
When purchasing during a TikTok Live or through TikTok Shop:
All policies remain the same as website orders.
Live sale items must be paid for immediately. Unpaid or abandoned live orders may be canceled.

All photos, designs, logos, product names, and website content belong to Luxy Customs.
Unauthorized use, copying, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
