Phantom Frost is a hauntingly beautiful chunky glitter mix with an icy translucent base and deep blue, teal and violet accents. The lighter pieces throw intense flashes of green, aqua, yellow, pink and orange as the light changes, giving the mix an almost ghostly glow.
The combination of fine glitter and multiple chunky hex sizes creates plenty of depth and makes the colors look dramatically different depending on the angle and lighting.
