Potion is a deep, saturated royal blue glitter packed with a subtle multicolor sparkle. Its rich blue base shifts from vivid electric blue under bright light to a darker midnight/navy tone in softer lighting, while tiny flashes of teal, green, purple and pink give it extra dimension.
